Our Director Nat, is extremely committed to justice and helping others achieve their desired results in a cost effective, confidential manner. We ensure that the parties can avoid expensive Court based litigation where practicable. At EDR we want to assist the participants in moving forward with their lives, without conflict and costly litigation. We truly believe this is achievable.

Can we record the session and use information at Court later?

No, sessions cannot be recorded at any stage. As a general rule, the mediation session is also NOT to be used in Court proceedings. We adhere to the strict confidentiality and privacy legislative frameworks.

If both parties come to an agreement in writing and issue consent, the agreement may be sealed by the Court (enforceable Consent Orders) binding both parties to the conditions of the agreement.
